WELCOME TO THE LARGEST ORGANIC OLIVE GROVE OF ITALY

With a meticulously irrigated expanse of three hundred hectares, nurturing approximately 500,000 olive trees drop by drop, our visionary project reached completion in 2022, unveiling its full splendor by 2024. The entire venture adheres rigorously to ICEA organic regulations, ensuring a commitment to sustainable practices.

For our esteemed DOP Umbria, varietal selection was approached with discernment. The chosen cultivars, including Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Leccio Del Corno, are arranged in a traditional 6 x 6 meters planting spacing, cultivating a harmonious blend of flavors unique to our region.

Our bold challenge is to redefine the very essence of "espalier farming" by pioneering innovative agronomic techniques. Diversification takes center stage with distinctive qualities such as Favolosa (FS17), Lecciana, Arbequina, 01, 07, Manzanilla, Coratina, Nocellara del Belice, Oliana, Don Carlo, alongside ongoing exploration into "Quality under study and experimentation."

This endeavor represents not just a cultivation experiment but a commitment to pushing the boundaries of olive farming, embracing a future where tradition meets cutting-edge innovation in every drop of liquid gold we produce.
